Black plating and other colored platings naturally fade or chip, even black plating on real gold pieces. Plating may last anywhere from a few days to weeks, months, or even years, depending on wear and individual skin chemistry. Yes. Modification can be done before production starts. Custom orders may incur modification fees except for changes in stone color, changes in metal color, inscriptions/engraving, and more- these are free.

Custom pieces, fine jewelry made in real gold/platinum, and Flash Sale/Clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged. These pieces get crafted from scratch. Email a photo of the item to initiate a return/exchange.

Black plating and gold plating are temporary and may wear off.
Do not buy plated pieces if you do not want to deal with plating issues. Longevity varies based on wear and individual skin chemistry, and plating may fade or chip. Plated pieces are not eligible for refunds. For lasting durability, we recommend solid gold, platinum, or non-plated silver.

Yes, we offer real diamonds. Please refer to the default stone listed on each product page, as it varies by design and may feature a diamond alternative, lab grown diamond, natural gemstone, or natural diamond.
If the default stone is not a natural diamond, most styles can be upgraded to either a natural diamond or an HPHT/CVD lab grown diamond. These upgrades are available in very limited quantities, typically only 1 to 2 pieces.
