Refund Processing Timeline

Once we receive your returned package and complete the inspection, approved refunds are processed within 24-48 hours. For returns requiring a detailed inspection, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

The time it takes for the refund to appear as a credit on your bank statement varies by bank, typically 5-7 business days after we process it.

Refund Method (Default & Options)

  • Default Refund Method: Store Credit. As part of our 30-day guarantee, refunds are typically issued as full store credit. This is processed after we receive and inspect your returned item. Items must be returned in brand-new condition, including all original accessories and free gifts that came with your package.
  • Original Payment Method: If you wish to be refunded to your original payment account, please inform our team as soon as possible. Please note that a 25% restocking fee may apply if the return is not due to a verified craftsmanship error or if the returned items are missing tags, accessories, original packaging, or any free gifts.
  • Misrepresentation: A higher restocking fee will be assessed if you misrepresent the condition of the item being returned. The final fee will be determined based on the actual condition of your returned item.

Refundable Items

All purchases are eligible for a refund (to store credit by default, or original payment method with applicable fees) within 30 days of the delivery date, with the exception of the products listed below.

Non-Refundable Items (All Sales Final)

Due to their custom nature, personalization, or specific product type, the following items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please ensure you are 110% sure of the design and size before completing your purchase.

  • Personalized items (e.g., custom engravings, names, photos)
  • Custom-made jewelry
  • Made-to-order jewelry
  • Solid Gold and Platinum pieces
  • Natural Diamonds, CVD Lab-grown Diamonds, and HPHT Lab-grown Diamonds
  • Candles, Masks, and Mask Accessories

Exception: If the error was made by us (e.g., incorrect item, size, or defect due to our error), we will send you the correct order ASAP or issue a refund. You may keep the original item unless an inspection is needed.

Restocking Fee for Custom/Made-to-Order Jewelry

For approved returns of custom-made and made-to-order jewelry (if an exception is made to the "All Sales Final" policy, or in cases of manufacturer error as per above), a non-refundable 35% restocking fee will apply. This fee helps cover shipping and initial production costs, as these items are highly personalized and cannot be restocked or easily resold.

Conditions for Refunds

  • Prior Authorization Required: To ensure a smooth and timely refund, all returns require prior authorization and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns received without a valid RMA number and the original purchaser's name cannot be processed for a refund and will be disposed of. This policy helps us accurately track, inspect, and manage returns, preventing fraud and maintaining our inventory integrity.
  • Photo/Video Proof for Approval: Please take a photo or short video of the item(s) you want to return for approval. An RMA# will be generated once your request meets our return policy criteria.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are not eligible for a refund. A prepaid return label will be provided at our expense only for qualifying issues, such as a manufacturer defect or an error in your order. For returns originating within the USA, a free return label will be provided. International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to our mistake.
  • Condition of Item: All jewelry that has been altered, modified, or has faded plating is not qualified for a refund.
    • Note: Silver jewelry with faded plating can only be returned within 30 days for professional service or replacement (customer responsible for shipping fees).

Return Address

We have a designated return address in New Jersey for items that need inspection. Do not return your package using the shipping address on your original label. Please contact our team for the specific shipping instructions.

Inactive or No Longer Used Payment Card

Refunds can only be made to the original card used/payment method. Once a refund is completed, please contact your bank. Most banks will send a check to your address for funds returned to an inactive card.
