Order Status & Production Time

Due to the personalized, handcrafted nature of most of our jewelry, most pieces are made-to-order and typically require 3-20 business days for creation, depending on design intricacy and your custom requests. We understand this timeline may be longer than larger retailers, but as a small family business, we pour our hearts into our pieces to ensure the highest quality and exquisite beauty.

For faster options, explore our ready-to-ship collection, dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and US holidays). You'll receive a tracking number upon shipment. Need an item by a specific date? Please provide your desired deadline.

Order Confirmation

Cancellations & Modifications

We offer a 24-hour cancellation period for most orders. Custom orders may incur modification fees, except for changes in stone color, metal color, or inscriptions/engraving, which we offer for free. Please note that these policies are separate from our 30-day Guarantee.

Returns & Exchanges

Accepted for regular orders within 30 days. Please note, custom orders are final unless you purchased specific Return Assurance (if applicable). To initiate a return or an exchange, please email us a photo of the item.

Repairs & Service

Resolving Order Issues & Chargebacks

If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please email customer service immediately with your order number or the original purchaser's name, along with a clear photo of the jewelry if applicable. We will rectify it for you ASAP.

Please DO NOT file a dispute or chargeback with your bank. It can take up to 75 days for your bank to resolve a claim (if you win). You'll get refunded much faster if you contact us directly. All "friendly frauds," disputes, and false chargebacks are closely monitored by our legal team. Initiating a false chargeback can have legal consequences.
