Refund Policy

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR REFUNDS TO BE PROCESSED?

Once we receive and inspect your returned package, approved refunds are processed within 24-48 hours.  For returns requiring inspection, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

  • Refund Method (Default):  Store credit. As part of our 30-day guarantee, refunds are typically issued as full store credit. This will be processed after we receive and inspect your returned item. Must be returned brand new, including all original accessories and free gifts that came with your package.
  • Original Payment: If you wish to be refunded to your account, please inform our team ASAP. Note that a 25% restocking fee may apply if the return is not due to a craftsmanship error, or if the items are missing tags, accessories, original packaging, or any free gifts.
  • Misrepresentation: A higher restocking fee will be assessed if you misrepresent the condition of the item being returned to us. The final fee will be determined based on the condition of your item. 

How long the refund will take to show back as a credit on your bank statement varies depending on who you bank with (typically 5-7 business days). 

To ensure a smooth and timely refund, all returns require prior authorization and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Returns received without a valid RMA number and the original purchaser's name cannot be processed for a refund and will be disposed of. This policy helps us accurately track, inspect, and manage returns, preventing fraud and maintaining our inventory integrity.

Please take a photo of the item/s you want to return for approval. An RMA# will be generated once it meets our return policy. A prepaid shipping label will only be given for all returns that meet our policy. 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

RETURN ADDRESS
We have a designated return address in New Jersey for items that need inspection. Do not return your package using the shipping address on your label. Please contact our team for the shipping instructions.

REFUNDABLE ITEMS
All purchases are eligible for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the delivery date, with the exception of the products listed below.

  • Personalized items
  • Custom-made jewelry
  • Made-to-order jewelry
  • Solid Gold and Platinum pieces
  • Natural Diamonds, CVD Diamonds, and HPHT Diamonds
  • Candles
  • Masks
  • Mask accessories

Due to the nature of these products, we do not accept returns or qualify for refunds. Make sure you are 110% sure of the design and size you want before hitting the checkout button. If the error is made by us, we will send you the correct order ASAP or issue a refund. You keep the item unless an inspection is needed.

For approved returns of custom-made and made-to-order jewelry, a non-refundable restocking fee of 35% this fee covers shipping and some production costs. These items are personal and made especially for you. Finding another shopper to buy them would be impossible.

All jewelry that has been altered, modified, or with faded plating is not qualified for a refund. Silver jewelry with faded plating can only be returned within 30 days for professional service or replacement. The customer will be responsible for the back and forth shipping fee.

THE CARD I USED IS NOW INACTIVE OR IS NO LONGER IN USE
Refunds can only be made using the original card used/payment method. Once refund is completed, please call your bank. Most banks send a check to your address.
