CARE INSTRUCTION

HOW TO LOCK & UNLOCK: Twist it in the back until you hear it clicks as indication it's locked. Do it in reverse to unlock.

WASHING INSTRUCTION

Handwashing and air drying is required. Wash with warm water. Wash thoroughly. Be extra gentle if your mask has custom logo. For sports mask, filter and valves must be removed before washing. Filters must be replaced every 3 weeks. See our replacement filters and valves to make sure it's compatible with your mask.

Black Diamonds- New York's jewelry were made durable for daily wear. However, preventative care is recommended.

All our jewelry with solid gold finish are permanent. While our silver jewelry are electroplated with rhodium or finished with an e-coating- this finish is not permanent including all our jewelry with black rhodium or black gold finish. These finishes may wear off with frequent use. Plating longevity is dependent on the wearer. Check here to learn more or ask our jewelry specialists for more details.

HOW FAST DO YOU SHIP?
All orders under our "Flash Sale" collection that were placed before 12 PM EST will ship the same day or within 24-48 hours. Weekends and non-working US holidays are not included. Pieces under Till Death Do Us Part, Video Game Inspired, personalized items, and most jewelry will require 3-20 business days to handcraft depending on how intricate the design and your custom requests (usually done sooner). Our in-stock rings are typically handcrafted in a size 6, should you require a different size please allow 4-5 business days for our resizing process, which can vary based on the size request. Your moissanite and diamond ring will include a certificate of authenticity.
